In order to be able to download RTR results, a user-registration is required at the suggestion of RTR members. Registration is intended to ensure that documents are downloaded from legitimate stakeholders, such as railway operators, buyers, (sub-) manufacturers of rolling stock, and legal entities. After registration, access will be granted within 72 hours. The application of the results is voluntary, no obligation arises from the RTR initiative.
